Service Description
Paws & Stitches! Come lets sew a custom bandana for your furry friend. This workshop is for ages 19 and up. Participants must either have taken at least our 101 class or already know how to sew. Machine basics are not taught in this workshop. All-inclusive: fabric and use of a sewing machine (where applicable) are provided. Limited to 8 students per workshop; registration confirms your seat. The 3-Class Pack ($240 - Save $27) is valid for one named registrant only and is non-transferable between individuals. All 3 classes must be used within the same calendar month of purchase. Limit one active pack per person per month. Packs cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Cancel at least 7 days before class for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days and receive a 50% refund. No-shows: no refund. Holiday Closures: Sewing Lab will be closed on Thanksgiving (Nov 26) and Christmas Eve/New Year's Eve (Dec 24 & 31). If a scheduled class falls on a closure date, it will not count against your 3-Class Pack's monthly window - your pack will be extended by one week per missed session to accommodate the closure. Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot in a class.Spaces are limited; registration is first-come, first-served. Sewing Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with low enrollment. 2. Cancellations & Refunds : Student cancellations made 7 days or more before the class start date may be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are non-refundable. Missed classes are not refundable. 3. Safety & Liability: Students must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors. Sewing Lab is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions. Children must have parental/guardian consent to participate. 4. Materials & Supplies: Unless otherwise stated, materials are included in the class fee. Students are responsible for personal belongings; Sewing Lab is not liable for lost or damaged items. 5. Conduct & Respect: We maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund. Sewing Lab promotes learning and creativity, this is a non-competitive, encouraging space. 6. Photography & Media: Sewing Lab may take photos/videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your class. 7. Policy Updates: Sewing Lab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Weather Policy Sewing Lab follows Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) for weather-related closures. If FCPS is closed, cancels after-school activities, or has a delayed opening, Sewing Lab classes will also be canceled or rescheduled. We will notify students by email/text of any changes as soon as possible. Classes canceled due to weather will be rescheduled or credited, no refunds.
